Preferred Software
FLStudio by Image-line. It really does most of what I want. I’ll do most of my programming, looping, arranging and recording in FLStudio and export the stems for final editing and mixing in Pro Tools.
Exporting to Pro Tools for mixing has a number of benefits, one of which is being able to more easily correct timing issues due to latency on tracks.
